I hold a Master’s degree in Law from Bratislava, which gives me a strong understanding of the legal and compliance aspects of property transactions. While I did not qualify as a lawyer in the UK, this background allows me to approach sales, lettings, and property management with precision, diligence, and care.

My professional foundation was formed in London’s luxury hospitality sector, including Gaucho, Soho House and Shangri-La at The Shard, where excellence in service, discretion, and attention to detail were non-negotiable.

My passion for property was deepened through personal experience. In 2018, I purchased my first leasehold flat, gaining first-hand insight into the realities of buying in the UK. In 2022, I successfully sold that property and purchased our new freehold house in London – navigating the full sales and purchase process, including mortgage redemption and securing a new mortgage. This journey gave me a comprehensive, personal understanding of both sides of a transaction.

In 2019, I joined the London head office of a global estate agency brand, where I was trained across every core aspect of the industry – from sales progression and property management to quality control of listings across London. This experience built the foundation for my career as a trusted estate agent.
