About Lucia Turok

Property is more than my profession. I work closely with landlords, sellers, buyers and tenants, combining practical London property experience with a personal and detail-focused approach.

I moved to London in 2014 after completing my Master’s degree in Law in Bratislava. Although I did not qualify as a lawyer in the UK, my legal education gives me a strong understanding of contracts, due diligence, compliance and the detail involved in property transactions.

Before building my career in property, I worked within London’s hospitality sector, including Gaucho, Soho House and Shangri-La at The Shard. That experience shaped the level of service, discretion and attention to detail I aim to bring to every client relationship.

My interest in property also comes from personal experience. I bought my first London leasehold flat in 2018 and later sold it before purchasing a freehold house in London in 2022. Going through the buying, selling and mortgage process personally gave me a useful understanding of what clients experience beyond the professional side of a transaction.

In 2019, I joined the London head office of a global estate agency brand and developed experience across sales progression, lettings, property management and property marketing. Today I work as an estate agent with CENTURY 21 London Central, specialising in residential sales and lettings and supporting clients throughout the wider property journey.

Presentation is also an important part of my approach. Through TUROK MEDIA, I work with professional property photography, floor plans, staging, video tours and virtual experiences. I also share London property tours and property content through YouTube and social media, helping properties reach audiences beyond traditional portal marketing.
